TEST PREPARATION

For the most accurate and consistent results, TruDiagnostic recommends collecting your sample while fasting, preferably before breakfast.

If you plan to repeat the test, collect each sample at approximately the same time of day and under similar conditions so the results can be compared more reliably over time.

You may continue taking your usual medications and supplements. Do not stop or change them unless directed by your healthcare provider.
