Basic Wellness Panel 🩸

BASIC WELLNESS PANEL

A simple, affordable starting point for a general wellness baseline. This panel combines commonly used laboratory tests to provide information about blood cells, metabolic markers, average blood glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid.

SAMPLE COLLECTION METHOD: In-Person Blood Draw at Labcorp

This panel requires an in-person blood draw at a Labcorp location. After completing your order, please wait to receive your laboratory requisition by email. Once received, bring the requisition with you to Labcorp for sample collection.

Turnaround Time: 1–3 days

Designed as an accessible starting point for wellness monitoring, this panel can help establish a personal baseline and identify results to discuss with a qualified healthcare professional.

What This Panel Evaluates

• Blood Health: A complete blood count (CBC) with differential evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells and their types, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets.

• Blood Sugar: Hemoglobin A1c reflects average blood sugar levels over approximately the previous two to three months. The comprehensive metabolic panel also measures glucose at the time of collection.

• Cardiovascular Wellness: A lipid panel measures total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides.

• Metabolic, Liver, and Kidney Function: A comprehensive metabolic panel evaluates glucose, electrolytes, proteins, liver enzymes, and markers associated with kidney function.

• Uric Acid: This test measures the level of uric acid in the blood. Results should be considered in the context of a person’s health history and clinical needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Laboratory testing may help identify results that require additional evaluation but does not independently diagnose, prevent, or treat medical conditions. Abnormal results should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional.

Crisis Box Direct Lab provides administrative access to laboratory testing and educational information. Crisis Box Direct Lab is not a clinical laboratory and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, result interpretation, or emergency medical services.

When required, an independent licensed healthcare provider may authorize the laboratory order through Evexia Diagnostics. This authorization is limited to facilitating the laboratory order and does not constitute a medical consultation or establish ongoing medical care.

Testing is performed by the independent laboratory identified on the requisition and final report. Laboratory results must be interpreted together with your symptoms, medical history, medications, and other relevant clinical information. An abnormal result does not independently establish a diagnosis, and a result within the reference range does not exclude a medical condition.

Do not begin, discontinue, or change any medication, supplement, diet, or treatment based solely on these results. Discuss results and health concerns with a qualified healthcare provider. This service should not be used for emergencies or urgent symptoms.
