Turnaround Time: 1-3 days

A smarter starting point for understanding your health.

The Essential Wellness Panel provides a broad, foundational view of your overall wellness by evaluating key markers related to blood health, blood sugar, cardiovascular health, thyroid function, nutrient status, metabolism, and kidney and liver function.

Designed for routine wellness monitoring, this panel can help establish a personal baseline, identify meaningful health trends, and highlight areas that may benefit from further evaluation or lifestyle support.

What This Panel Evaluates

• Blood Health: A complete blood count (CBC) with differential evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, and other important blood components.

• Iron Status: Ferritin, iron, TIBC, and UIBC provide a more complete picture of the body’s iron storage and availability.

• Blood Sugar Balance: Hemoglobin A1c with estimated average glucose (eAG) reflects average blood sugar levels over approximately the previous two to three months.

• Cardiovascular Wellness: An expanded lipid panel evaluates cholesterol, triglycerides, VLDL, HDL, LDL, cholesterol ratios, and cardiovascular risk indicators.

• Metabolic, Liver, and Kidney Function: A comprehensive metabolic panel evaluates glucose, electrolytes, proteins, liver enzymes, and markers associated with kidney function.

• Thyroid Function: TSH measures the hormonal signal responsible for regulating thyroid activity and metabolism.

• Essential Nutrients and Minerals: Vitamin D, magnesium, and phosphorus support energy production, bone health, muscle function, and numerous metabolic processes.

• Cellular and Tissue Health: LDH is an enzyme found throughout the body that provides additional information about cellular and tissue activity.

• Urinary Health: A complete urinalysis with microscopic examination evaluates urine characteristics and markers associated with urinary tract, kidney, and metabolic health.

TEST PREPARATION

Please fast for 8–12 hours before your appointment. During the fasting period, drink water only and avoid food, coffee, tea, gum and caloric beverages. Morning collection is recommended.

Blood and urine samples will be collected during the same Labcorp visit. Follow the instructions provided by the Labcorp staff when providing your urine sample.

Biotin supplements may interfere with thyroid test results. If you take biotin, including hair, skin or nail supplements, ask your healthcare provider whether you should pause it for at least 72 hours before testing. Do not stop any other medications or supplements unless directed by your healthcare provider.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Laboratory testing may help identify results requiring additional evaluation but does not independently diagnose, prevent, or treat medical conditions. Abnormal results should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional.

Crisis Box Direct Lab provides administrative access to laboratory testing and educational information. Crisis Box Direct Lab is not a clinical laboratory and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, result interpretation, or emergency medical services.

When required, an independent licensed healthcare provider may authorize the laboratory order through Evexia Diagnostics. This authorization is limited to facilitating the laboratory order and does not constitute a medical consultation or establish ongoing medical care.

Testing is performed by the independent laboratory identified on the requisition and final report. Laboratory results must be interpreted together with your symptoms, medical history, medications, and other relevant clinical information. An abnormal result does not independently establish a diagnosis, and a result within the reference range does not exclude a medical condition.

Do not begin, discontinue, or change any medication, supplement, diet, or treatment based solely on these results. Discuss results and health concerns with a qualified healthcare provider. This service should not be used for emergencies or urgent symptoms.
