Go beyond the basics for a deeper understanding of your health.
The Advanced Wellness Panel builds on essential health testing with an expanded evaluation of metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, thyroid function, hormone balance, liver and kidney health, iron status, and key nutrients.
This panel is designed for individuals seeking more insight than a routine wellness screening. It can help establish a detailed personal baseline, identify important health patterns, and support more informed conversations about nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term wellness.
What This Panel Evaluates
⢠Blood and Iron Health: A complete blood count with differential evaluates essential blood components, while ferritin, iron, TIBC, and UIBC provide a detailed assessment of iron storage and availability.
⢠Blood Sugar and Insulin Balance: Hemoglobin A1c with estimated average glucose evaluates long-term blood sugar patterns, while insulin provides additional insight into metabolic response and glucose regulation.
⢠Cardiovascular Wellness: An expanded lipid panel evaluates cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, VLDL, cholesterol ratios, and cardiovascular risk indicators.
⢠Inflammation and Cardiovascular Risk Markers: High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and homocysteine provide additional information related to systemic inflammation and cardiovascular wellness.
⢠Comprehensive Thyroid Function: A detailed thyroid profileāincluding TSH, T4, T3, T3 uptake, and Free Thyroxine Indexāprovides a broader view of thyroid activity and metabolic regulation.
⢠Liver and Biliary Health: The comprehensive metabolic panel, direct bilirubin, and GGT offer expanded insight into liver function and bile processing.
⢠Hormonal and Adrenal Health: DHEA-S provides information about adrenal androgen production and overall hormonal balance.
⢠Vitamins and Essential Minerals: Vitamin D, magnesium, and phosphorus support bone health, muscle function, energy production, and numerous metabolic processes.
⢠Kidney, Urinary, and Metabolic Health: Kidney markers, uric acid, and a complete urinalysis with microscopic examination provide valuable information about kidney function, urinary health, and purine metabolism.
⢠Cellular and Tissue Health: LDH is an enzyme found throughout the body that provides additional information about cellular and tissue activity.

TEST PREPARATION
Please fast for 8ā12 hours before your appointment. Fasting is important because this panel includes insulin, glucose, homocysteine and lipid measurements. During the fasting period, drink water only and avoid food, coffee, tea, gum and caloric beverages. Morning collection is recommended.
Blood and urine samples will be collected during the same Labcorp visit. Follow the instructions provided by the Labcorp staff when providing your urine sample.
Biotin supplements may interfere with thyroid test results. If you take biotin, including hair, skin or nail supplements, ask your healthcare provider whether you should pause it for at least 72 hours before testing. Do not stop any other medications or supplements unless directed by your healthcare provider.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Crisis Box Direct Lab provides administrative access to laboratory testing and educational information. Crisis Box Direct Lab is not a clinical laboratory and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, result interpretation, or emergency medical services.
When required, an independent licensed healthcare provider may authorize the laboratory order through Evexia Diagnostics. This authorization is limited to facilitating the laboratory order and does not constitute a medical consultation or establish ongoing medical care.
Testing is performed by the independent laboratory identified on the requisition and final report. Laboratory results must be interpreted together with your symptoms, medical history, medications, and other relevant clinical information. An abnormal result does not independently establish a diagnosis, and a result within the reference range does not exclude a medical condition.
Do not begin, discontinue, or change any medication, supplement, diet, or treatment based solely on these results. Discuss results and health concerns with a qualified healthcare provider. This service should not be used for emergencies or urgent symptoms.
